Bridging the Gap 

Northtown Care Connection is a faith-based nonprofit bridging the service gap between Niagara Falls and Buffalo. We provide essential resources—clothing, baby essentials, hygiene supplies, and emergency support to low income families, refugees, and people experiencing homelessness. By partnering with other faith-based service providers and churches we create a centralized hub of compassionate care that connects people to resources, builds stability, and strengthens our community.

Northtown Care Connection serves to empower individuals and families facing financial insecurity to create a more secure future by providing direct access to essential resources, fostering stability, and connecting them with the faith-based community.

 

Mission - We C.A.R.E.

  • CONNECT individuals and families with needed resources directly or through collaborative partners.

  • Provide centralized ACCESS to essential resources, services and supports within "the gap".

  • RESOURCE essentials to meet the needs of those experiencing financial insecurity.

  • EMPOWER all people toward stability through compassionate care as Christ demonstrated and told us to love one another.
